A few useful details.
What does ‘without watermark’ mean?
We do not add an Instranscript logo or watermark to your MP4. Text, captions, creator logos, or watermarks already inside the source video stay in the file. This tool does not erase them.
Do I need an account to pay?
No. Prepare your video, then pay $0.99 once in Stripe Checkout. You do not need an Instranscript account, an Instagram login, or a subscription. Stripe may request an email address and payment authentication.
When am I charged?
Preparing a video is free. We check that a readable MP4 is available before opening checkout. The price is $0.99 for that one video; there is no recurring charge.
How long can I download my video?
Your prepared file has a download window of 55 minutes from the start of preparation. Its exact expiry is shown before checkout. Download immediately after payment in the same browser. You may retry within that window without paying again.
Which Instagram links work?
Public Reel and single-video post links are supported, subject to availability, with an MP4 file limit of 30 MB. Private accounts, Stories, photos, and multi-item carousels are not supported. Video quality depends on the available source file.
What if I paid and the download fails?
Keep your order page open and retry within the file window. Do not pay for the same order again. Contact support with your Stripe receipt for help or a refund if we cannot deliver the paid file. Refund processing time depends on your bank and payment provider.
Is this the same as downloading a transcript?
No. This tool saves the video as MP4. The free Instagram transcript tool turns speech into text and offers TXT, SRT, and VTT exports when available.
